- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are fair. From mounting the TV to doing hole home surround sound system, security systems, surveillance systems, and home theaters. I also do data wiring, home/business networking, and smart home technology. I am a local business that thrives from continuous business from our community due to fair prices and professional work. It’s $85.00 if the customer has the mount and the TV is 55” and under, $160.00 if I provide Tilting Mount ($75.00 for Mount), $235.00 if I provide Full Motion Mount ($150.00 for Mount), $155.00 for internal concealment, $55.00 for external concealment, and $75 added to the installation if the TV is going on Brick/Rock/Concrete.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Figure out what the customer is looking for, set a budget and price, set a time that best fits the customer’s schedule, complete the installation, and make sure the customers happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the wiring, Audio, Video, Security, Surveillance Systems, and Home/Business Networking business for almost 15 years.
