Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: We now others say this all the time; however, we take pride in our work. We strive to leave the homeowner with a finished project that they will be proud of and give them a lifetime of enjoyment. Our A+ Rating with the BBB, Home Advisor, and AngiesList speaks for us. Plus our extensive list of references speaks for us. We love that we do various jobs and are in different areas for each project. You get to meet new people daily and always have a different view of places. Seeing the look on peoples faces when your finished with their project and knowing you were able to help make that happen are a big plus for us.

Beware. I gave Chris Craddock a simple, one page to do list and he completely dropped the ball. The work was poor, items were missed, communication was horrible, the project was never finished, he flaked on appointments and created a bad relationship with my tenants. If he responds to this review, he will throw out one of his playbook excuses of a broken phone, email problems, the weather, a bad foreman (who he hired) or being in the hospital. It is possible he was in the hospital, but these issues started long before that and continued after he was out. He rushed me into giving him money for materials before the work began and now owes me hundreds of dollars for incomplete work. He still has not paid! Mr. Fixit? Or Mr. I Will Do A Horrible Job And Steal Your Money?
