My expierce with Michael was wonderful. We first got him to pressure wash our house which he did and the price was very reasonable. Then we decided to go with Michael to paint our outside building which turned out lovely. We also got him to paint a few rooms inside the house as well. He was very pleasant to work with and the quality of his work great as well as his pricing. I highly recommend Southern Paint & Pressure Washing for any of your painting needs.

Most of my work I price by the square foot or liner foot.

I like to talk with my customers in person so they can get to know me and I can understand what thier vision is of the project. Communication and understanding is key.
