- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a flat-rate of $199 for homes under 4,000 sq/ft, delivering 20-30 interior and exterior images. Additional images or sq/ft at an added charge. Most businesses under 10k sq/ft have a flat-rate of $399 for 25-35 interior and exterior images.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually start with a quick walk-through of the property with the owner or agent. We ask what areas they want to feature or avoid. During the walk-through we make sure all interior lights are on, and close any sheer blinds. Will also clear counters or work areas as needed. After the initial walk-through we're pretty self-sufficient and work quickly. Most properties can be completed in 60 minutes.

Recruited, trained and certified by Google as a Street View | Trusted Photographer. This program captures virtual tours and interior imagery of businesses.
