- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I look at your whole event when quoting you a price. Let me know what you want for your event and I will give you a fair price. I don't believe in charging for add-ons such as upgraded speaker setups, or extra for lighting, unless they are wanting special (uplighting).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with them face to face at least one time before the event as well as follow up phone calls if needed before the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've shadowed other DJ's to learn from them and try to keep up with training through online courses.
