Estimate was not priced accurately. Final cost came in 40% higher because the estimate was missing basic material costs. This roof replacement was out of my home state and my agreement was to receive pictures of the completed roof. 2 months after being paid in full this contractor has not submitted proof of roof replacement - which has been requested 3 times. In addition the basic warranty terms for the new roof have not been received.
