- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be competitive with other companies and stay within the customers budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer gets a hold of me for a shoot, I like to discuss with them what type of shoot they are wanting, where, if there is going to be any dress changes. I like to know what they expect and what pictures they want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
member of PPA, working on my CPP. I also have my event management certification.
