Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I like being able to help and motivate individuals to do something they couldn't do before. For example I have a client I have been working with for about 7 months and when we started this client couldn't do a push up or run a full mile. When we tested a week ago the client now can do real push ups and has their mile time down to 10min! Was so incredibly proud of them!

Working with Rachel was one of the best experiences I ever had. I never had a trainer before and I was looking at getting into shape and preparing for my police physical exam. Rachel pushed me to the limit and always encouraged me to work through the pain. She ran me through my police physical exam and when I got to the running portion she knew I was getting exhausted and was wanting to give up and Rachel got in there with me and ran the last four laps with me and the flight of stairs. Rachel was amazing and I know when I need a trainer I'll go to her and will always recommend Rachel! Thank you for everything!
