My excellent experience began with Sid, who promptly came to my home and outlined what options were best for my home's new AC/furnace. I really appreciated the fact that he simply laid out the information and ensured the next steps were clear. Reese and Chase showed up to install my new whole-house system. They were friendly, professional, and were able to meet the estimated timelines, complete with a informative and helpful walkthrough of my system. The electrician went above and beyond his role by letting me know of other concerns that he noticed while wiring up my new AC/furnace. After installation was complete, Bradley and Jacob did an excellent job cleaning my home's air duct system. 5 out of 5 stars well-earned for this great company. I felt confident the entire way through the process and can tell their crews are well-trained. Thank you all for your professional assistance, hard work, and timeliness!

We had our main line clog in our house, and John Henry had two polite, knowledgeable gentlemen out to help in less than an hour to save us from our nightmare. They also brought to our attention some roots growing through our drain, which will require attention soon. I had no idea! Very happy with the service we received.

We had our furnace stop working this Sunday. Called John Henrys that morning and Deacon sent Kaleb out right away for us to find we had a lot of issues with our old unit. Kaleb did a fantastic job helping us get our unit running for the time being. John Henrys also had Austin come out Sunday and talk us through systems that would work well for our house. We got one picked out fitting our needs and budget. By Wednesday morning Ian and Gavin came out for install and got a new system installed and working great for us. I definitely will be using John Henrys from now on. Great professional service provided by all that helped us in a tough situation.
