We had a cellist perform at our wedding and we couldn't be more pleased with her service. She was so independent and is so talented! Christina was wonderful to work with. She called us a few days before our wedding to congratulate us and connect with us before the big day. We're so impressed with her- we hope to use her again for another event in the future!

Joey has a great stage presence. I attended Kelsey's Bar in North Platte Nebraska. K-Town has an updated system and is currently the best DJ company I have ever come across. The song list was widely ranged and the rotation was great. Everyone who wanted to sing was able to sing more than just once. There was no favoritism of one singer to the next. All karaoke singers were treated equally.

It has been lots of fun going to Clark Piano Studio for piano lessons. I have made twice as much progress going there for a couple weeks than I had made going to my previous teacher for two months. Not only that but it is fun and enjoyable to go and learn as well as practice on my own.

I recently had the privilege of taking piano lessons from Joe Allen. I state confidently that my experience with Joe was outstanding, some of the finest lessons I have ever had. I took lessons for several years as a youngster and teenager. After a few decades on my own I now appreciate the importance of lessons at any stage of life for any reason. Joe delivers on helping you learn new techniques and improve your current skills in music. Joe's ideas and suggestions are refreshing. They hit the mark at demonstrating the manner in which you can affect the interpretation of a work and yet remain true to the composer's intended form. I strongly recommend Joe Allen to anyone who wants to study piano. It's a skill that never goes out of style. And, Joe himself is always right there with you to keep you on your pathway to the future.

Eugene Sedletsky is a what I call, Eugenious as with his skills and gifts make him a unique genius with combining his magnificent piano playing with his reiki master healing of the energy arts! As he plays, he is passively sending out healing energy with the vibrations of the music, for your body's personal healing concert. I have been part of this and I truly do feel much better after being part of Eugene's musical style...I truly believe, he'll be one that will be sought after to be playing at the Holland of Omaha and in time major concert halls all around the world!

I have three children who are currently receiving piano instruction from Mr. Ken Soh at his New Bright Future piano studio. During the year and a half that my children have received instruction there, they have made vast improvements in their understanding of music theory, ability to read music, rhythm, and articulation. As a former professional musician myself, I believe that Ken has developed an outstanding method of instrumental instruction that places a proper emphasis on precision and correct technique that will serve his students well as they continue to advance in their abilities.

TRADITIONAL Private Lessons:Experience one-on-one instruction with our traditional method of private lessons for a variety of instruments. Traditional private lessons meet once a week in an atmosphere that promotes individualized attention. NON-TRADITIONAL Private Lessons:If you have ever struggled with scheduling lessons around your work or life schedule, or if you only need a few lessons for an audition or special performance, we make it possible for you to receive the instruction you need. This non-traditional approach is not recommended for developing musicians acquiring skills to refine their instrument. However, we recognize individual circumstances warrant a different avenue of receiving instruction. Lessons are by appointment and are scheduled based on availability.Payment must be received prior to scheduling your lesson. Further, because of the variability of these classes, there are no refunds. Credit may be applied to a future non-traditional lesson only if 48 hours of notice is provided prior to the lesson. TEAM METHOD Lessons:Parents can enjoy one-on-one time with your child as you learn to play a musical instrument. Our team method pairs parents and children or friends with an instructor, wanting to learn how to play an instrument together. CHILDREN'S MUSIC ACADEMY Children's Music Academy (CMA) instruction is exclusive to Lincoln through Harris Academy of the Arts. CMA specializes in teaching music in a fun, positive, and lively classroom setting, where children have the freedom to love and appreciate music, while developing fundamental musical skills. Activities are fast-paced, incorporating games, songs, dances, and ensemble playing, involving a variety of musical instruments. Parents are invited to actively participate with their child through CMA. The CMA curriculum was first developed in Southern California in 1974, carefully written and updated to develop lifelong musical appreciation and aptitude. Our courses cover all the beginning levels of musicianship and are age-appropriate, sequential and cumulative. Research has revealed that children are most receptive to musical training between ages three and six. Beginning a child's musical experience and education during these ages provides a strong foundation for continued music development. CMA is a 50-minute class offered to children ages four to seven who are placed in one of two courses, Junior (four and five years) and Intermediate (six and seven years). Students new to CMA may select from new class options, whereas returning CMA students who are continuing their curriculum for a second term may enroll in a continued class matching their skill level. Materials for CMA help to enhance the learning experience. The materials fee applied to the course includes a book bag, notebook, pencil pouch, and magnetic note speller, along with piano books, colored pencils, flash cards, handouts, stickers and rewards. Basic skills taught through CMA: Composition; Ear Training; Ensemble Playing; Harmony; Note Reading; Recorder; Rhythm; Singing; Various Instruments.
