My long haired cat has never been good at grooming herself and even though I brush her at least once a day, she still gets little clumps and mats in her fur. I had her groomed by Meghan. She did an excellent job and my cat looks and feels so much better! When I picked her up, she had zero signs of stress or anxiety. I will continue to use this service

Mr. Dove’s response time was incredible! He listened to my concerns about my dog and was able to give some insight on what was going on. I got off the phone with him and felt so much relief. I’m not all about giving 5 star reviews but In this case it was well deserved. I pride myself on taking good care of my dogs and think I knew it all. My dog Zeus had some anxiety issues that caused him to be aggressive and it was breaking our family apart. And he was on his way to getting rehomed. Doves academy.. took him in and helped him to be a dog again . And helped us to work with Zeus anxiety unsteady of against it. He is a better dog so far and we understand him better.. willie was professional, knowledgeable, relatable, and overall great to work with.. and we will be requesting to work with him again.

Mr. Dove was a plesure to meet and had a lot of positive information about my puppy. He was very knowledgeable while he gave us an example of the techniques they employ. I am quite excited to begin this journey training my pup and feel very confident in his experience in dog training.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the dogs needs. A complete consultation/assessment is needed before any pricing is given. The consultation is $100, upon booking of services $50 will be credited back towards any services purchased.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start from the beginning by covering basic needs and progressing to more detailed work. Most of the works is done with the owner bringing both parties together in the end to accomplish one goal, Love and obedience for each other.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been training Dogs and owners for over 10yeras. I work with every dog on a individual bases. I'm a communication Major which relates to listening to all parties and coming up with the best solutions available.
