What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by sending one of our technicians to your home. There is an $89 diagnostic fee. Once we identify the problem, we will explain what we found and provide clear pricing before any work begins.
Depending on the condition of your system, we typically offer several options, such as repairing, rebuilding, or replacing the equipment. After you choose the option that works best for you, we may be able to complete the repair on the spot, or we will schedule the work for a convenient time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have approximately 25 years of experience in the HVAC industry. Our team also regularly participates in manufacturer and factory training to stay current with new equipment, technology, installation practices, and repair procedures.
