- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive with other cleaning services in the area, but I prioritize providing high-quality and impeccable work for my customers. While I could charge more for my services, I am currently focused on building my reputation and gaining recognition for my work. I offer discounts for the 2nd cleaning, and referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for dealing with customers involves initial communication via text to schedule a call and discuss details. If preferred, we can also arrange an in-person meeting to go over the cleaning needs and expectations. On the scheduled day and time, I arrive at the customer’s home and begin the cleaning process. I do not require payment upfront, and the customer can pay once the job is completed to their satisfaction. This approach allows for open and clear communication with the customer and ensures that their needs are met.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive experience and knowledge in the cleaning industry, with over 10 years of hands-on experience. I have received on-the-job training and have learned the ins and outs of cleaning techniques and best practices. I am also well-versed in the safe and effective use of cleaning chemicals, understanding their uses and potential hazards. My experience and training have equipped me with the skills and expertise to provide high-quality cleaning services.
