Introduction: I've been training private clients for five years now, everything from future marines to brides to be. I have also worked with elderly clients through physical rehab services.
I am not currently a certified trainer but can show you in person the proof of my own workouts and such.
I can also provide training and consulting via Facebook or Gmail video services if you can't find a large-time gap to work out.
