Introduction: I enjoy using pops of color as well as a bit of matte finishes to my photos to make them stand out from other photos. Also at my sessions, I enjoy using traditional posing as well as some of my own unique ideas. One of my favorite things is when clients want to use the more "lifestyle" approach at our sessions! I love meeting new people! I meet the best families and cutest kids. I also truly love editing. I love creating an image and making it the best it can be for my clients.

We took our 2 year old daughter to get pictures taken with Kati, and I was pretty worried. She is really shy and is hard to make smile. As soon as we got to Kati's studio, our daughter took to her instantly! There were so many smiles. Kati is very easy to work with, extremely accommodating, and her fun attitude would make any uneasy child feel right at home. Our pictures turned out very well, and it didn't take very long to get the edited proofs. We will definitely be making more appointments with Kati. She'll be capturing all of our big moments in the future.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I love doing workshops. I have done online workshops and I have learned so much. I'm constantly learning from other professionals and researching new ideas and concepts. There's always so much to learn!!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always loved taking photos...I finally saved up enough money for a "nice camera" and decided to share my love of taking photos with other people!
What types of customers have you worked with?
I do tons of families and kiddos/newborns! But I also love seniors and engagements.
