- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am able to give the customer 10% off any bid provided to me by completing sales myself eliminating a middle man
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process begins with measurements and estimates. At this time the 10% off can be applied to any bid using compairable material. Approve and sign contract. We then cover ac and other items that could be damaged. Next we remove the old shingles as well as all metal. We check osb/plywood if 1 piece is damaged we can fix it no charge, we have to charge $35 per each additional sheet. We then install ice and water/ice shield syntethic paper, all the metal including starter strips, Finally shingle and clean all the roof, gutters, and surrounding area. Remove debries from landscaping, lawn, and driveways. Once complete payment is due. Labor is warrantied 4 years.

I started framing houses and then I learned to do roofing, siding, and gutters.
