- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is often unique and requires us to look at what needs to be done to determine a quote/estimate for the home owner. Smaller projects like mounting a TV are fixed pricing and can often be done the same day or next day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to work with the clients to identify their wants and needs. We want to make sure we are both on the same page about the project and what it will be like when completed. Some projects are very straightforward and others can be more complex.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with individuals all the way to large commercial projects.
