Not complicated at all, we keep it simple..
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Go to the home, give the customer an estimate for their t.v. repair, if it's ok'd. take it in. Sometimes a simple repair can be done in the home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, classes every 6 months.
