Nisi gave us a fair quote, not the lowest but he was on time and communicative from the start so picked them to do the work.
I just needed it done, I knew it was a small and slightly challenging setup I was just looking forward to finishing it on time.
Miguel and Nisi blew me away though. a true 6 star operation. They worked with us shuffling neighbors around, everyone who helped on his team was professional and kind, they did what they said they would (and more) on budget and on time. the quality was top notch, and it looked better than I ever expected it to.

With a closing date fast approaching, I needed somebody reliable and professional and Nisi was exactly that. Miguel came over from a nearby job site and gave me a quote. He said that they would start the demolition of the existing steps that afternoon and they did. It was an extremely difficult job since the steps were one solid block of concrete.
The next morning the team showed up at 7 AM as promised and by the end of the day I had beautiful new concrete steps that were just as I needed. The trip hazard was gone and the steps were ready for the new owners.
