The team is awesome! I had a raccoon issue and needed the attic area and soffit closed off and fixed. There was a short window with the cold weather. I accomplished what I needed and his price point is affordable. I also appreciate them returning after the wind loosened the soffit in a few areas. Definitely will reach out again for other projects! We had an issue with setting an appointment for the initial meet. I was contacted by Life Construction and given an appointment 6/7 at 930am. I asked for a later time and Life Construction gave me a later appointment, 1030, which I agreed to. At 1045 I sent a text asking if they were coming. Then again at 1100. NO response. On 6/10 I posted a message on Thumbtack which they responded to. To their credit, I believe his name was John, showed up that same day and was very apologetic. I showed him what I wanted, and he said he would get with I believe his dad and send me some estimates. As of today, 6/26, no estimates have been sent. No follow up at all. It looks like all the reviews say they are quick in their responses. Quick to answer questions. Yes they were quick to respond initially but after that, it went downhill quickly. Not very nice to just ghost a customer. If you can't or won't do the project, just say so.
