V.I.P. did a really great job cleaning my unfinished basement. They did exactly what I wanted to be done. Scheduling with them took a bit of flexibility on my part, but in the end, the work was excellent, so that was the most important part for me. Thanks!

April was very flexible, given how busy she was. Though she arrived noticeably late, she was apologetic and her work more than made up for the tardiness. I purchased a house and simply didn't have time to get into it to give it a deep clean prior to moving. She was thorough and completed everything I asked her to complete. Her prices are reasonable and she is friendly and respectful of the space.

Thank you for the great review. I apologize for arriving late. The job I had before yours took longer than planned. Since it is sometimes difficult to know the exact amount of hours that will be needed to complete a job, I include the following Terms in all of the Estimates I e-mail to my new customers. **APPOINTMENT TIME-WINDOWS** We reserve the right to arrive for scheduled appointments within one (1) hour of the scheduled time. For example, if we arrive for an appointment scheduled for 10 a.m. anywhere between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. that day, payment is expected.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the hour. Which is a flat fee of $29 per man hour. I have a 3-hr minimum. We provide all supplies & equipment. To prevent cross-contamination we ask that you provide your own Toilet Brush.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take some info from the customer over the phone. What all do they want cleaned & how big is the home they are looking to have serviced, etc. Unless otherwise requested, all quotes are "Site Unseen".
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 9 yrs experience in Residential/Commercial Cleaning.
