- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the hour. Which is a flat fee of $29 per man hour. I have a 3-hr minimum. We provide all supplies & equipment. To prevent cross-contamination we ask that you provide your own Toilet Brush.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take some info from the customer over the phone. What all do they want cleaned & how big is the home they are looking to have serviced, etc. Unless otherwise requested, all quotes are "Site Unseen".
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 9 yrs experience in Residential/Commercial Cleaning.
