I worked with Dakota to get setup for a deep clean. She was extremely easy to work with. She dropped by very next day and gave me a quote and was very articulate on what was being covered. On the clean day she did a fantastic job and was very meticulous. I really enjoyed her work and professionalism and would absolutely work with her again! Thank you Dakota!

Dakota has been cleaning for me for several months and always does a very good job. I've had trouble in the past with cleaning people getting the shower doors off the tracks. I asked her to be careful and have not had a problem since.

Dakota is amazing and so sweet and trustworthy. We have been using her for a couple of months now and our house is the cleanest it’s ever been. We are not dirty people, but there is nothing like having your home professionally cleaned every other week, especially with dogs. Thank you Dakota!

Horrible customer service. I was never given an amount after asking for days just to get a reply the day before she’s suppose to come at 10pm which is very unprofessional. My service was scheduled for 930 am and I didn’t hear from her till 10am again no form of communication

I’m sorry that you feel this way Alexis but I believe I was very professional given the circumstances and condition of your home. The first day you inquired about service, I came to your home the same day to give you an estimate. Due to the amount of trash and your current living conditions, I told you that hourly was what I would charge you. Honestly because I had no idea how long it could possibly take to sort & organize trash, clothes, toys, & no clue as to what else. Let alone the fact the 4 foot piles of your belongings, clothes, trash, kids toys, and old food that was along every wall and every surface in your home. It was a weekend & I typically would not have reached back out until Monday morning but I genuinely wanted to help you and get your home to a sanitary & well organized space, so I reached out told you my hourly rate for your home & ended up scheduling with you for Monday morning. We were scheduled for 9:30 AM and I arrived at your home at 9:50 AM due to having a dead car battery that morning. I received a rude text saying my services were no longer needed and now a review that is very unfair and untrue. I’m sorry things didn’t end up working out but I wish you the best of luck in your search for someone who is right for you!!
