We had an issue with our cat getting up above our attached garage and peeing in the insulation, which made our entire house stink. I didn't think our house would ever smell normal again! I reached out to Bill at Ascent Odor Remediation and Sanitization, and he was always very prompt with answering my texts and getting me scheduled. It took a few treatments, but Bill was very knowledgeable and able to recommend a treatment plan that he felt would work. Finally - our house is odor free! I also thought that for the service he provided, it was pretty reasonably priced.Thank you Bill and Ascent Odor Remediation and Sanitization for giving me peace of mind and an odor free house :) I would definitely recommend them!

Bill recently serviced a home for a client of mine to remediate odor in a house before we listed it to sell. Not only was the treatment effective - wow! what a difference! - but Bill was great to work with also. He communicated well with both me and my client, did what he said he was going to do, and took care to be sure the job was done completely and with care.

Ive used Bill twice now to kill some strong odors in my Airbnbs. Both of his treatments were highly effective and Bill was a great communicator and easy to work with. I had a plant die after his treatment and Bill graciously offered to pay for it weeks after I had already paid him for his service. Thats called integrity. Highly recommended
