- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do hourly, project and monthly retainer agreements. Once the needs are assessed, then we will move forward with our best suggestion for pricing. Our goal is to not only grow your business but do so in an affordable manner.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is to ask a few questions and do a lot of listening to the needs of our customers and their business. Our number one goal is to find a marketing/media solution that works for them and with them, not above them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of combined experience and a continued education and immersion into the latest and greatest of digital marketing. We are Google Analytics Academy certified and Hootsuite Social Media certified. Most of all, proven satisfaction from previous and current clients is our best asset and reference point that speaks to our experience and dedication to our clients.
