While I only had a minor job to be done (remove section baseboard heating), Shaun was able to come out the same day due to some other appt cancelations. He was able to complete the job quickly, and additionally pointed out some observations along the way (presence of mice poop in the ceiling and a leak under the bathtub due to a cracked pipe). He offered to fix the pipe in the same appt and didn't cost that much extra, only had to grab the replacement piece from Home Depot, then he was able to finish that job too. Overall, he was very knowledgeable and conversational. Well most definitely be keeping him in mind for future work.

Shaun came to my house to help us hook up the lines for a new kitchen faucet. I live in a modular home, Ace Hardware gave us the wrong fittings. Sean came in and fixed us up in no time. He is a master plumber and it shows, he is incredibly professional and qualified. He even came back with his apprentice to fix my faucet drifting. I would hire him for any plumbing project without hesitation. I have been giving his cards out to everyone in the community including my realtor. Go for it, he is so worth it.

Sean saved our butts in our kitchen reno! We called him literally the night before cabinet install and he came out the next morning super early to make sure it was out of the way. He then came back to dry fit the pipes for the new sink, totally upgraded all our plumbing, installed the sink and new garbage disposal. When one of the screws was missing for the disposal he patiently waited while my husband hunted down another. Even put up with me not knowing how to turn on a sink. Very communicative, responsive, and took pride in his work. We love our sink and are finally confident in our kitchen plumbing.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing depends on the service we offer multiple solutions to plumbing problems from drain cleaning machines to repipes and service work all have different prices . I’m always looking for a reason to give a discount so tell me something you think you deserve a discount for I’m usually most happy to oblige!!! Military, senior, first responders, teachers or any other reason just ask.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we will have a talk about what the project entails and a time frame for what is needed. From there we will schedule a time or do an emergency service to complete the project. Once project is completed we collect payment and ask for a review.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 years of schooling and 10 years experience and I’m still constantly learning that’s the best part you can never know everything about plumbing
