Abby is an incredible massage therapist! She is really, really skilled (she knows her stuff) but she is more than that. She is “intuitive”. So, you get real “body work”, you get “relaxing” and then you get something that not everyone can provide; you get “energy work” thrown in there. You feel “healed”. When I recommend Abby to people, I usually say “she has gifted hands”.

Abby is one of the most talented massage therapist I have had the pleasure of working with. Her touch is exquisitely sensitive, she is exceptionally skilled and present. Every session with her was exactly what my body needed. She is unique in that each session was catered to the particular needs of my body and system that were showing up in the present and not a series of rote moves. The results with Abby have been lasting and significant. Her work has helped begin to resolve ongoing physical issues, and, using her insights, also encouraged deeper shifts to happen in my life. After working with her I have felt more embodied and grounded, more resilient and aligned, which helps with everything! I am so grateful I found one song!
