- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You will begin with a phone consultation. You will discuss your case with an experienced attorney so the attorney can give you some information to help with the important decisions you are about to make. We will then find out what evidence the police have and what they know. From there we can begin our own investigation and determine what your best options are while we work through your case for your best result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Attorney Sweeney graduated from the University of New Hampshire School of Law in 2001. 54For the first few years of his career, Attorney Sweeney was a prosecutor in Hillsborough and Rockingham counties and assisted several of the police departments within those counties in their investigations, interviews, and charging decisions. In 2007 prosecutors left the County Attorney's Office to form Sweeney Law Group, PLLC, defending those accused of crimes and DUI. Over the years, Attorney Sweeney has handled thousands of cases effectively and with a great deal of success along the way. Attorney Sweeney is the Chairman of the New Hampshire Bar Association's Criminal Justice Section and sat on the Criminal Justice and Public Safety Committee in the New Hampshire House of Representatives. That is the experience he brings to your case.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The experience and relationships that former prosecutors bring to the fight for your rights is invaluable. Make sure you find someone who has had hundreds, if not thousands, of cases in this area.
