FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is up-front and easy. I sell sessions to thumbtack users as a drop-in or package. If easier, I prebook as far as two months and accept paid-in-full each month as well. Inquire for monthly package details. 1 Drop-in: 40$ 5 sessions: 200$ 10 sessions: 300$ 15 sessions: 400$ 20 sessions: 500$
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Health and safety is our first priority. Upon starting the first session, a total body movement assessment will be done to analyze any potential injuries we need to work around and protect. Once assessed, a comprehensive plan is put together involving any outside resources needed to achieve the specific goal. Monthly testing will be done with details measuring your improvements.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified personal trainer under several accredited programs. I hold a specialist title in strength and conditioning as well. I combine an educationally charged philosophy and over 3000 logged personal training sessions to develop specific plans to accomplish specific goals created by the client. Fitness is ever changing, so I continuously attend seminars, performance summits, and year round practice continuing education. I have been training full time for almost a decade - the more I know, the more I realize there is to learn. My educational background is in biomechanics and kinesiology. I have a strong understanding of human movement, and the safety measures taken to maintain quality practice.
