- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't because most jobs are different sizes or different materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically have one to two meeting with the customer to get a good feel of what they want to have done, when they are looking to have it done and does what they want fix their budget. Then it's different for every type of job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 4 years trade school for both Masonry and landscape construction. I have worked for 7 years for one company doing both landscape construction and carpentry. I spent 4 years Foremaning a crew of 3 to 7 before starting my own business
