We had issues with our washer/dryer, but it turned out our drain had a major clog which caused the appliances to malfunction. Dan found and fixed the issue, he ordered a new part for the dryer and came back to finish the job. Dan went above and beyond when he returned though… he notice when installing the new part our dryer needed a clean out of lint. He asked if we wanted it cleaned before doing anything and of course we said yes. My husband and I are fully satisfied with the job Dan has done and recommend him 100%! Dan we will call you on future home service needs. Thank you!

Our experience with Dan was fantastic. My wife and I trust him completely and he always goes the extra mile. While doing a bathroom renovation, we discovered that there was moisture and some mold in one of the walls. After some investigation we realized that the vent baffles going from the soffit up to the ridge vent of the roof had been installed incorrectly and there was no air flow from the soffits to the roof. I tried to find someone to help but the solutions that three other contractors provided me included taking the entire roof off or ripping out all the drywall. Dan literally invented a tool using old copper piping from the tub we had taken out, some fish line, a handle with the trigger, and a staple gun. There was no room above the finished attic but he cut an entryway into the small crawl space above and proceeded to remove all the old insulation, the old vent baffles, and then replaced everything and correctly vented it from soffit to ridge vent. If you want something done with some attention to detail and the ability to innovate, Dan is the only person that you should call.
