FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
An initial consultation on-site is a flat fee of $100, and typically runs about one hour to review your project needs. We then put together a schedule and plan for the documentation required to build your vision.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work 1:1 with our clients to review their design challenges and propose customized, creative solutions. Our process includes project management, identifying and collaborating with engineers and other consultants as needed, and developing a 3D digital model of the space to help clients understand all aspects of the design. We typically either meet in person or check in via phone weekly to ensure that the design is progressing. Once the client decides on a design, we develop construction-level documentation for the client to share with contractors for bids.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
