our prices are by the square foot for floors-wood floor installed,wood floor sanded and stained,painting and priming.sheetrock w/mud and tape installed.driveway sealing and crack filling with hot rubber.Roofs are by the square which is10'x 10 tear offs extra.Fences are by the foot,chainlink vinyl stockade split rail.Everything else is a visual bidding process. thanks md

50% of total price of job upon startup and 50% upon finishing job.
