First contact went very well. Managed a few times as we worked on setting up a meeting time. He was very punctual and provided my wife and I with a wealth of knowledge regarding the addition we wanted to have built. When we received the quote via email I had some questions as to how everything broke down because it wasn't clear in the email format. I texted and emailed in an effort for clarification because we wanted to hire him for the job. However, we never heard back at all.
