- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a nominal hourly rate unless the customer requests a quote to do the complete job. I then go by industry standard's in quoting a price. I am in business to developed a client base and really attempt to be fair to earn your business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself, ask them what type of project they are interested in having done and explain the process of accomplishing the project. Remain professional, neat job site fair pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Almost 30 years of hands on experience and working with other trade pro's.
