Bob was very professional and personable, responded to my email right away, came and gav3 me an estimate quickly, and did a wonderful job pressure washing my house, had to scrub some areas, quality work and in a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely hire him again.

I hired Bob to power wash and seal my front porch and rear deck. He also rectified a pooling water issue under the deck and installed window and door casing. He did an excellent job! He was professional and responsible (calling/texting re arrival time, etc) and personable. I will most definitely hire him again in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a nominal hourly rate unless the customer requests a quote to do the complete job. I then go by industry standard's in quoting a price. I am in business to developed a client base and really attempt to be fair to earn your business.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself, ask them what type of project they are interested in having done and explain the process of accomplishing the project.
Remain professional, neat job site fair pricing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Almost 30 years of hands on experience and working with other trade pro's.
