- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial inquiry, in person, email, phone or message correspondence, discussion about session needs, book their session, follow up with reminders and ask if there's anything else they might need. After the session send a preview to the client to show theme how their portraits are coming along. Edit promptly, mail disc of proofs, follow up and see if they would like to place a print order, order if they do, send a final disc if they don't. Follow up in 2 weeks to see if they have enjoyed their portraits and let them know of any specials I might be offering.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training in photo editing software Experience with film cameras and digital Attended seminars, and classes for education in the field Over 15 years of practice with cameras.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My photography services range vastly. Weddings, family, groups, children, engagements, parties, events, baptisms, portrait, and maternity.
