When our well pump failed, it was clear our regular plumber was not up to the task of getting things fixed. We were fortunate to connect with Thunder Well and Pump: it's all they do. Steve was responsive and professional, located the well without digging up the entire yard, and brought the well and pump up to code. Afterwards, he replaced the topsoil and hauled the old well cover off. We were very pleased overall and recommend him and his company to anyone.

First of all, he just showed up without an appointment. I had asked if he was going to charge me just to look at our existing well and he never replied. Then he shows up without us asking him to and then bills me $130 without doing anything but giving me a quote!!! All the other well companies who came out, gave us a free quote!! He also didn't even actually check the existing well because another guy came and told us exactly how our well was setup without any of the extra stuff this crook was recommending. DO NOT USE HIM!!!

They can just as we had planned over the phone and were very nice, experience people. When we had a problem with the pump they installed( through no fault of theirs). it was a manufacturer problem. They came back the next day after I contacted them and replace it. In all GREAT service.
