Simple, Customer service. We have all been a victim of poor customer service. When planning a wedding you may need a professional to call upon to answer questions/concerns within all aspects of your ceremony and reception. I welcome such responsibilities. I reply to all correspondences swiftly, and that is the hallmark of my business. I always offer assistance to all couples, even though I may be booked on their special day. This is especially helpful to all out of town couples who may need assistance finding an officiate, and other wedding professionals. To me, being a DJ makes it my responsibility to give people a great time when they go out. I like to play tracks that will make my set memorable and take the crowd on a journey.
