Great experience with L&M home inspection. Inspector arrived early and started on exterior of home as agreed. They were very observant and pointed out many things that we missed in our first floor. Richard was such a pleasure to work with! To start, he was immediately responsive. On the day of the home inspection he arrived on time. I am a licensed home inspector in New Hampshire, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. I am also certified with InterNACHI, AHIT, and ASHI.

I had a home inspection done on my house and many things were missed. I don't want that to happen to my clients.
