Great experience with L&M home inspection. Inspector arrived early and started on exterior of home as agreed. They were very observant and pointed out many things that we missed in our first floor. Great team to work with and very detailed. Would highly recommend L & M home inspectors. Very understanding and flexible as well.

Richard was such a pleasure to work with! To start, he was immediately responsive. On the day of the home inspection he arrived on time. Richard is amazing at what he does if I could give him more than 5 starts I would. I contacted him needing a house inspection done in 4 days from when I contacted him, he was able to accommodate us for a Sunday appt at that. He arrived early and took his time doing the inspection great attention to detail. Highly recommend him for any home inspection needs you have.
