Brian was great! He walked me through what was needed to swap out my broken 3-prong outlet for a working modern 4-prong, sourced a new cable, and even cleaned up a few low hanging electrical cables left behind by a previous company.

Sarah and Sean from Mr. Electric arrived on time to give a quote for my chandelier installation. They were actually equipped to do the installation on the spot if I wanted. I did not use them. But the experience was excellent.I needed an outlet for a free-standing water dispenser. The issue was sourcing direct current in a tricky condo situation.After Alicia set me up over the phone, technician Sarah A arrived early. She patiently walked me through the obstacles and challenges on how the power would need to be delivered. It was complex, more than I planned spending, but I was very happy with Sarah detailing the options.I'm not getting a water dispenser, but I know where I'll go when I need an electrician going forward.AND - no charge for the visit and estimate. Nice.
