My computer couldn't even open windows when turned on and I had many files that I regretfully had not remembered to back up. Pick Up My PC came to my house and took the time to find out what was wrong and needed to be done. In less than two days they called and said they had all my files back-up up and would return my computer. The cost was less than half of what the larger stores had quoted me and it was far more convenient. I have already referred my family and friends and would suggest you give them a chance too.
