- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took a cooking class in Italy in 2010, as well as this I am a member of the APPCA and have attended conferences in multiple cities such as Chicago and New York City. I am also serve safe certified for my business.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I didn't exactly decide it, It just happened. I have been cooking since I was a child with my mother, grandmother, aunts and so on. I had been a part of the culinary program in high school to pursue my love of cooking, and I've been doing it ever since.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Being a personal chef and caterer are the jobs I most often do for my clients, whether for events or a busy family. I've done about 10+ cooking lessons for teenagers and grownups alike.
