- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If feasible, start with a walkthrough and decide what works best for customer. Secondly, able to take basic info, give a quote and start the job. If customer wants to add in other services like powerwashing, painting, windows, auto detailing, carpet cleaning we can add those into the price of the customer chooses to do so.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a cleaning supervisor for Ogden Allied cleaning services at Nichols College in Dudley, Ma. and a marketing manager for All Pro Cleaning Systems in Westborough, Ma. I cleaned carpets for 4 years. I became a realtor in 2022. My interest in real estate lead to investing and also property mangagement. I decided to open my own business to work my own schedule while helping people maintain and beautify their home and vacation home investments and their commercial work spaces.
