Introduction: We are professionals that provide a personalized service to our clients, and will meet the scope of the work as described and guarantee it will meet the industry and building code residential standards. We've been selling to some of the same contractors for over 10 years. The reason why they come back is they receive the same quality service and product at a great price. We make over 70% of the flooring we sell and install. The flooring we sell is usually prefinished although we do sell and install unfinished. We will sand, seal and urethane coat the unfinished floor we install. We do finish NEW unfinished floors, however as a norm, we do NOT 'refinish' floors. As for our beautiful kitchens, the cabinets come 'FULLY" assembled from the factory and we will deliver them for the price we sell them for, within 30 miles of Manchester at NO extra . There are no hidden charges or fees. The cabinets are COMPLETELY ASSEMBLED, with fully extending SOFT CLOSING DOVETAILED drawers and the cabinets doors are also soft closing. They are made of PLYWOOD, there is NO particle board. The frame, door and drawer front, are made of SOLID MAPLE. The sides back are made of 5/8" PLYWOOD. The shelving is 3/4" PLYWOOD.

Installed hardwood floors in my master bedroom. Quoted a price, how long job would take and when job would begin. Arrived on time, completed job on time and our new wood floors are beautiful. Very pleased from beginning to end. Has my highest recommendation.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A typical hardwood floor can be installed FOR $ 2.75 a sq. ft. The typical cost of a Red Oak prefinished floor is less than $3.99 a sq. ft. So you can have a 12 x 12 floor installed for $ 1,080.00. A typical 10 x 10 kitchen consists of 12 specific cabinets could cost as low as $ 2295. To install this kitchen cost as low as $600. So for cabinets and installation it could be under $2895. These cabinets are made of solid MAPLE wood, 5/8" PLYWOOD, 3/4" PLYWOOD shelving. There is NO particle board. The doors are SOFT closing. The drawers are solid wood, DOVE TAILED, with FULLY extending soft closing drawers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I also hold a NH Brokers license, that currently is in the inactive stage, because I am not selling houses right now. I am concentrating on building the business of selling floors and kitchens.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father, was extremely talented man and showed me the basics on how to do carpentry. I have been using those skills for over 40 years.
