- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's tough to give a standard price because every job is different. The goal is to provide quality, professional services at a reasonable rate!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I try to set up a time to come out and look at the proposed job that is best for you, the customer! Once I arrive I'll listen thoroughly to what the customer's expectations are and what the job entails. Then I'll make some suggestions if needed and answer any questions you might have! Lastly, I try to send as detailed a quote as possible so the customer understands in full the job scope!
