Introduction: The prep work is the key to a beautiful finish. You must have passion for what you do! I believe that my customers know that I give nothing less than the highest of quality, service and trust. That's what builds lasting relationships.
Communicating and listening to my customers is also very important. I’ll ask as many questions as needed to make sure that I have all the necessary information to do the job exactly as they intended it to be when completed. Because of these attributes, I’ve been servicing the same customers for my 33 years in this business.
I have stopped asking my customers to submit reviews. Many either don’t have the time or just don’t like writing them. If a customer does write one it is very appreciated!

We met Steve 17 years ago when he first painted our entire interior. He has returned many times and we have not one complaint. He is tidy, skilled, dependable, trustworthy, responsive, friendly. He is fair in pricing, offering a great value with incredibly perfectionist workmanship. He is a rare contractor! We have never had anyone else paint in all those years because he's the BEST! He helps with paint selection and discusses everything thoroughly, takes photos to replace all decor if it has to be moved. What did I miss? He's really unbelievable.

I have known Steve King for the past 12 yrs. He painted the entire interior of my house when it was under construction...trim and walls. I have continued to use Steve for any additional painting services that I have needed since 2002.
Steve King is a reliable, trustworthy painter. He has always done a superior painting job for me. He is a perfectionist and the quality of his work great.
I will continue to use Steve in the future for any and all interior painting jobs that need to be done in my home.

Steve King painting is fast and flawless. He painted a very large family room and trim (8 windows and all baseboard), and dining room. He is meticulous...filled all holes and sanded too! What I was most impressed about was how he handled a situation where I wasn't totally happy with the color I chose once it was on the walls. The lighting in the room changed my expectations. Steve offered to re-paint if I wanted to choose a different color. He wanted me to be happy with it. I decided to keep the color the same and must admit, once accessorized I loved it! The walls are smooth and flawless and I am so very happy with his work. His experience certainly shows!

We had the pleasure to find Steve King thru Thumbtack for interior painting in our home. From the initial appointment for the measuring to the very last day, both he and his associate Laura were punctual, professional and personable. We were pleasantly surprised that they completed 6+ rooms in five days, and were neat and orderly. We would certainly call Steve in the future if we needed any painting again and will highly recommend him to our friends and family.

Steve and Laura completed a large job in a short time and with excellent results. They went above and beyond in helping us repair some damaged walls and figuring out what paint would match the trim color. We are very pleased with the results and now the house looks better than when we bought it!
