- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is unique, so pricing is tailored to the scope, location, and time required. Portfolio building rates are currently available for select sessions, events, weddings, musicians, artists, and local businesses. There are no hidden fees. Travel within the Keene, NH area is included, and any additional travel costs will always be discussed upfront before booking. Custom packages are available to fit a variety of needs and budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a conversation to learn about your project, location, and the style of photos you'd like to create. Once we determine we're a good fit, I'll provide a quote and confirm the details. No modeling experience is required. Most of my clients have never been professionally photographed before, so I'll guide you through poses, expressions, and positioning throughout the session while also capturing natural, candid moments. Within 48 hours, you'll receive a proof gallery of lightly edited images. You'll select your favorite photos based on the number included in your package, and I'll professionally edit those final selections. Final edited images are typically delivered within 1 week of receiving your selections. Wedding galleries are delivered within approximately 3 weeks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a lifelong musician with formal training in classical piano and have spent years performing, collaborating with artists, and working in creative environments. My photography journey began with music and concert photography, where I learned to capture emotion, timing, and storytelling in fast paced situations. In addition to hands on photography experience, I continuously study lighting, composition, posing, editing, and client experience through workshops, books, online training, and practice. I use professional Sony full frame equipment and regularly photograph portraits, events, musicians, real estate, and weddings. My background in project management also helps me stay organized, communicate clearly, and deliver a smooth experience from planning through final image delivery.
