- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a flat rate zero dollar diagnostic fee. Prices quoted include all fees including labor. We provide a military and student discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer brings in a device we do a free diagnostic to establish what the issue is. Over 90% of the devices that we repair we have parts for in stock. The average repair time is 15 minutes, done while you wait.
