Introduction: We are a mobile device repair retail store , conveniently located near downtown Keene, NH, near Keene State College on the corner of Winchester and Ralston Street. We are between the Thirsty Owl lounge and Bulldog media company, just across from the Campus. We do everything from iPhone, iPad, & Android cracked screen repair to water damage and battery replacements. We offer competitive prices while using the highest quality parts, and personal, friendly service. We can assure you that we have seen it all! From smartphones that have been run over by a car, to tablets that have taken a dive in a toilet, we are prepared to face anything that comes our way. We maintain an environment of constant learning, so no device is too new, no technology too complicated.

A+ Nick is a friendly guy who knows what he is doing. Very quick repair. Reasonable prices. Used iPhones and cases for sale. Nick repairs phones right in front of you, and since the phone never leaves your sight i felt very secure with the repair. There are a couple of parking spots right out front and some comfortable leather chairs to wait in. I was in and out in fifteen or twenty minutes. What makes this repair spot ideal is that Nick does all the work himself. With each phone he repairs, his experience grows. Watching him you can see that the skills have become muscle memory.I was highly satisfied with the outcome. I had a severely broken screen and digitizer, which was entirely replaced, returning the device to working order. I have two old broken phones that need diagnosis and repair. I simply replaced them, but now that I have been to Nick, I will surely have him take a look. After a single experience I would trust him to repair any phone or tablet problem that I had. We offer a flat rate zero dollar diagnostic fee. Prices quoted include all fees including labor. We provide a military and student discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer brings in a device we do a free diagnostic to establish what the issue is. Over 90% of the devices that we repair we have parts for in stock. The average repair time is 15 minutes, done while you wait.
