- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based upon length of rental, additional services requested, and any available discounts. We will always try to get you the best rate possible! All of our rentals include: • Professionally Designed and Manufactured Photo Booth (nothing D.I.Y. or Homemade is appearance) • Polite, Punctual and Professional Photo Booth Attendant • Double Prints (unlimited prints available) • The Largest Booth Around! Our current record is 20 guests in one photo, and that's an Enclosed Booth! XO gives you more elbow room than anyone else. • Online Gallery where you and your guests may download the High Resolution Photo Files • The photos belong to you! We maintain no rights to your photos. • Custom text on all photo strips • A fun selection of high quality props • Set up and breakdown- we never use your rental time to set up or breakdown the booth • Round trip travel time & expenses • Your choice of backdrop curtain colors • Ask about an XO Green Screen Photo Booth! Custom photo Strip Artwork, Red Carpet packages, Guest Book Photo Albums, Social Media Kiosks & upgrading to a Custom Prop Package to match your theme!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you decide that XO Photo Booths Boston is your best choice just let us know that you're ready to move forward. We'll take a retainer, normally 50% down and send you a contract detailing what we've agreed to. Then, you're on our schedule. We'll contact you a week or so prior to your event to wrap up the details. Of course, if you wish to speak with us sooner, you may call or email at any time. We're here to respond everyday - 7 days a week! Now that's what we call customer service!

We are constantly looking at the latest and greatest technology and upgrading our systems to keep up with the newest innovations!
